Branson Atterbury brings 30 years of international corporate experience to his role as Marketing Director. His background includes developing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands across 50 diverse markets. Within the real estate sector, he has overseen the commercialisation and launch of 11 Apartment-Hotel developments in Europe.
At Kristall Spaces, Branson serves as a vital link between the purchasers and developer, from the initial investment phase through to signing and completion. He works directly with the developer and the operations team at All-Suite Resorts to coordinate the exchange, completion and handover process, ensuring a structured and stress-free transition of ownership for the investor.

Trevor is a seasoned industry leader with a 50-year career in corporate management. He spent several decades at Nestlé, progressing from Brand Marketing to General Management as a Market Head across developing Asian markets. Upon returning to Sri Lanka, Trevor led the ExxonMobil distribution agency for the McLarens Group as Managing Director. His expertise in property positioning was instrumental at Jetwing Hotels, where he served as Head of Marketing during a period of significant expansion. Beyond the boardroom, Trevor is a former national football player and a prolific commercial writer. He has held key leadership roles in sports administration, serving as Secretary General and CEO for both Sri Lanka Football and Sri Lanka Badminton.

As Managing Director, Adrian Ludwig bridges the gap between our European headquarters in Innsbruck and operations in Sri Lanka, ensuring every project meets the rigorous standards of our Austrian heritage. Working alongside Chairman Simon Atterbury, he oversees strategic execution, translating European development quality to the “Golden Mile.”Adrian brings a level of technical expertise rare in the local market. He is a fully licensed Real Estate Fiduciary (Immobilientreuhänder) in Austria, holding three distinct, government-regulated licenses: Property Developer (Bauträger), Facility Manager, and Real Estate Agent. This certification requires significant legal study and authorizes him to manage comprehensive construction projects, commercial assets, and property transactions with strict fiduciary responsibility.
In Sri Lanka, Adrian applies this knowledge to the “All-Suite” brand, specializing in off-plan development and high-yield serviced residences.
